A global biopharma started the discovery phase for its Sales Transformation Program across a regional commercial cluster covering multiple international markets. The goal was to build a consistent onboarding model for regional sales data that could work across multiple countries.
Different regions had different formats and processes, each followed its own way of managing data files. The discovery work focused on how all this could be brought into one structure that is reusable and scalable.
