Venkatesa Prasad (VP) is the Senior Vice President and Head of Practices at Agilisium, based in Chennai, India. With close to 25 years of experience and a track record of working with the top 25 pharma clients, VP leads our technology and domain teams and oversees global practice operations, focusing on strategic growth and customer satisfaction. VP also leads the Agilisium Innovation Labs team to build future-proof solutions and improve global tech-talent teams.
VP holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from AVC College, a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Govt. Arts College, Kumbakonam, and a degree in AI and ML from the Great Learning Post Graduate Program.
Before joining Agilisium, VP held key leadership positions at Cognizant, where he demonstrated exceptional skills in strategic planning, project management, and innovation in the life sciences industry. His expertise includes Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Product Development and Delivery, and optimizing resource allocation, driving exceptional growth in the life sciences practice.
He is also an executive coach recognized for his leadership in behavioral skills and talent coaching at esteemed institutions like Franklin Covey South Asia and the Neuro Leadership Institute.

Santosh Pingalay Ramesh is the VP – Delivery at Agilisium, based in Chennai, India. With nearly two decades of global experience in IT delivery and customer engagement, he brings a proven track record of driving delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth across diverse industries and geographies.
Santosh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and began his professional journey with Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he spent close to 20 years in various leadership roles managing large-scale delivery portfolios across Life Sciences and Information, Media & Entertainment (IME) domains. He later served at Injazat Data Systems in the UAE, where he led transformation programs and strategic delivery initiatives for global clients.
Throughout his career, Santosh has been recognized for his strategic vision, ethical leadership, and collaborative approach to building high-performing, client-focused delivery teams.
Nanda Kumar Parthasarathy (NK) leads People, Potential & Possibility (P-Cube) at Agilisium, driving the organization’s people strategy to build a high-performance, people-first culture that fuels business excellence and sustainable growth. Based in Chennai, NK works closely with leadership to strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and execution excellence across the enterprise.

Srivathsan Sridharan heads Branding & People Experience at Agilisium, bringing together global branding and marketing, people experience, and talent acquisition under a unified mandate. In this role, he shapes Agilisium’s market presence, employer brand, and associate experience, ensuring that the organization’s external identity and internal culture are closely aligned.
An ROI-driven marketing and people leader with 24 years of experience, Srivathsan has held leadership roles across IT services, manufacturing, building materials, EdTech, travel technology, and HR services. He is the co-creator of HCLTech’s iGOVERN brand and has built and launched brands across diverse markets. His career highlights include program-managing Randstad India’s partnership with the Williams Formula 1 team and delivering a fourfold return on marketing investment at FunderMax India. Srivathsan is also focused on advancing the use of AI across marketing and people analytics to strengthen demand generation, simplify talent acquisition, and improve associate engagement and retention.
An alumnus of IIM Calcutta, Great Lakes Institute of Management, and SASTRA, Srivathsan also serves as visiting faculty at IIMs, XIME and other leading institutes.
