Agilisium Makes a Strategic Move by Appointing Lokesh Bhagchand as its Chief Operating Officer

Los Angeles, September 25th, 2023 - Agilisium Consulting, a Data-to-Insights Modernization company focused on offering Life Sciences Data Analytics solutions, is excited to announce Mr. Lokesh Bhagchand as the newly appointed Chief Operating Officer. In his new capacity, he will play a vital role in steering the company's Delivery and Operations divisions, actively contributing to the realization of Agilisium's vision to carve out a distinct identity as a leading provider of Advanced Analytics and Generative AI Solutions. He operates from Agilisium's global delivery center situated at the World Trade Center in Chennai, India.

Previously, Mr.Bhagchand worked at Cognizant for 25 years spearheading the incubation and expansion of Technology Competency Centers, with a strong focus on delivering solutions on cutting-edge technologies. He has led various leadership roles including top-priority project deliveries, managed key accounts, and driven business development efforts in the Life Sciences sector, demonstrating exceptional operational efficiency along the way. Notably, he achieved remarkable success by scaling 1000+ FTEs in top Life Sciences marquee clients in just 3 years.

In Agilisium, his mission includes enhancing Lifescience expertise across both technology and subject matter domains. He will play a leading role in driving customer success programs for enterprise Lifescience clients. Additionally, he will lead efforts to improve overall operational efficiency, fostering growth in our workforce and building an exceptional team. With his 2+ decades of expertise and experience in the Pharma industry, he will contribute to the development of Generative AI solutions offerings tailored to our Life science customers. In the upcoming years, he will also embark on initiatives to set up additional delivery centers for Agilisium in cities such as Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune.  

He earned his master's degree in computer software engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
